Here, at Top Notch Macadamias (2017) Ltd, we pride ourselves on having the ability to wholesale New Zealand grown macadamia kernel by the kg, in all styles, from a style 0 (or a large whole kernel) right through to our super fine baking chip and delicious, gluten-free macadamia flour.

Our nut in shell is dried, cracked, processed and sorted on site, then stored in 5kg foil bags that have been food grade nitrogen flushed, vacuum packed, heat sealed and then cool stored for maximum shelf life of up to 2 years.
